Surprise, surprise.

I was reviewing webpages of botanical art organization’s in the U. S. this morning when I came across a blog page that I  particularly liked.  While pushing various buttons on the blog page in order to determine the ‘bones’ of the site, I bumped into my own very own blog that I initiated in 2009.  How about that?  You guys weren’t very interested at the time, so the idea fizzed and I totally forgot about it.  Well, here we are, 10 years later.  Shall we try again?   If nothing else, this is a safe place for me to learn and practice the nuances of blogging before I try it out on either Natural History or Philadelphia Society of Botanical Illustrators.

Happy Birthday to Ronan, who will be 15 on Saturday, February 9.

St. Patrick's Day 2009

The Haggerty and the Stewart clans had a great time at the St. Patrick's day parade in West Orange, NJ. Patrick tood great pictures at the parade and maybe he can post them here on Mimi's new blog. The batteries in my camera did not hold up for more than a few pictures -- here are the best of them, taken when Duncan, Fiona, Jack and Benjamin went to the playground at Liam's school.
